As we get to the chilly time of year, some of our community members find it hard to keep their homes warm.

To support our community members in need the DM Cottage are holding a Wood Chop, Gather & BBQ – Firewood Drive – on Sunday 11 June.

Please register your involvement – [email protected] OR 0499 851 334 by Sunday 11 June at 12pm.

You can choose to be involved by:

• Chopping wood on your property & delivering it to a home or a stockpile at the Cottage on Sunday 11 June from 3pm – 5pm
• Helping to pack / cart wood (not chop) on someone elses property on Sunday 11 June from 3pm – 5pm
• Donating wood you’ve already chopped at a time convenient to you OR
• Making a donation to the DM Cottage Account via the details below:

On Sunday 11 June we will be hosting a free BBQ from 5pm – 6pm at the Deans Marsh BBQs post the Firewood Drive.

All of these are valueable ways to keep our community members warm this winter & will be greatly appreciated.
