Here at Pennyroyal I have been working on this motorcycle project since it arrived early March from NZ. It’s a Royal Enfield 1914 770cc V Twin two speed. It couldn’t have arrived at a better time otherwise it would have been me and the wood heap. The bike from now on will be known as Covid. Cheers Ian

Miranda

Meg came into our lives with a run and a jump, landing happily on her feet. Together we frolic around the paddocks, delighting in jumping crickets, singing birds and water filled dams.

Jyoti

This is a photo of Ruby and I doing a bin isolation outing! We dressed up, pumped some music and had a little party down the drive. Our resident platypus even came with us. Look out for us next Sunday! We’ve got some killer dance moves.

Deb R

The last time I visited my Nanna’s house in Canberra, after she had passed, there was a little seedling under the huge maple in her front garden. I had always loved this tree. Right at the edge of her driveway, when we pulled up beside it we were at Nanna’s house. I gently collected the seedling kept it moist and safe and brought it home. It was 10cm small, now 10ft tall. As I stand beside I am filled with rippling childhood joy, we are at Nanna’s House.

Quiet appreciation of the natural world that surrounds us.

WINNER Primary 1st Place

Wining image is Maggie, with the dog keeping an eye on the fire and the seating that once upon a time, would have had people enjoying a catch up by the warmth of the fire.

Bruce St Clair

Moonlight at the Marsh.

WINNER 3rd Place

Goes to Bruce, the quintessential rural pleasure of a fire put under the stars. The rural spirit is carrying through here with the socially responsible rural folk keeping up the lifestyle in a safe and responsible manner.

Min

For me this definitely represents my ISO experience, the return to home. Even in quarantine, there is no place I’d rather be!

WINNER 1st Place

The winning image is Min’s photo. This represents social distancing, but with the friends and horses. A mostly rural experience that our city cousins may never experience.

Rebecca Callahan

Wandering in the bush!

Wendy RK

Beautiful, balmy night for a
campout at our bush dam.

Leza

This one is my ISO collage!

WINNER Primary 2nd Place

Goes to Benji – 2. It was a close call here, if the image was taken with the bird on the very right of the photo, then as the viewer I would be looking along the eye line of the bird – wondering what it was intently focussing on.

Jo
